Make a Difference!
Welcome to the California Department of Aging’s (CDA) recruitment page.
As the designated State Unit on Aging in California, older adults, adults with disabilities, their families and caregivers rely on us to administer funds to local aging network service providers who then provide supportive in-home services, congregate and home-delivered meals, and a system of multipurpose senior centers.
CDA also administers the Senior Community Service Employment Program; programs for advocacy and protection; and programs which provide health insurance counseling, information assistance, care management, legal assistance, and community-based adult services. It is our job to not only ensure the effective and efficient administration and management of funds by local aging network service providers, but also to ensure the highest quality of services are being provided to older adults, adults with disabilities, their families and caregivers throughout California.
It is CDA’s vision that every Californian has the opportunity to enjoy wellness, longevity and quality-of-life choices within strong, healthy communities. It is a rewarding Department to be a part of, and we are always looking for talented and motivated people to help make this vision a reality.
