PEARS Program Evaluation and Reporting System (PEARS) training and information

Evaluation tools are available in multiple languages. Please email SNAP-Ed.Data @aging.ca.gov for these materials:

• Demographic data cards.
• The Food Behavior Checklist (FBC) is available in a short and a long version, and is used for nutrition education curricula with at least four classes.
• The Adult Physical Activity Survey (APAS) is used for physical activity curricula with at least four classes.
• Guidance on which survey to use for a curriculum.
