NOTICE: For official contract amendments, the California Department of Aging mails a hard copy of the Budget Display to Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs). The availability of electronic, (read-only) Budget Displays on the web is offered as a convenience.
If there is a discrepancy between the electronic version and the paper version, the mailed paper version of the Budget Display is the controlling document.
Area Plan Interim Budget Displays (which reflect AAA transfer requests) are not contract amendments and will not be mailed out in hard copy format. For questions or discrepancies, please contact your assigned AAA-Based Team Fiscal Specialist.
