    Allocations to local area agencies on aging (AAAs) to create grants with nutrition providers to improve meal production and delivery infrastructure

    Quarterly Status Updates 2022

    Quarter 1: January - March

    • CDA issues Program Memo to AAAs describing program scope and requirements
    • CDA releases RFA to AAAs

    Quarter 2: April - June

    • CDA convenes meetings to describe and answer questions from AAAs about the Nutrition Infrastructure Grant opportunity.
    • AAAs return grant applications to CDA (June 30th).
    • (May-ADMIN) Providing TA, stakeholder meeting, and LFB, BMB, and Program receiving/approving applications to execute contracts

    Quarter 3: July - September

    • CDA reviews AAA Nutrition Infrastructure grant applications

    Quarter 4: October - December

    • CDA approves Nutrition Infrastructure grants.
    • AAAs implement Nutrition Infrastructure grant projects.
