    Project Description

    Allocations to local AAAs to operate falls prevention programs including: information and education on injury prevention; referrals to related resources and services; and home environmental assessments and assessments of individual injury prevention needs, including instructions on behavioral, physical, and environmental aspects of injury prevention.
