    Funding for CDA to develop, implement, and lead HICAP modernization efforts and local assistance funding to allow local HICAPs to hire one full-time Volunteer Coordinator.

    Quarterly Status Updates 2022

    Quarter 1: January - March

    • CDA released contract amendment for second year HICAP volunteer coordinator augmentation funding and aligns contract period with federal grant period
    • CDA amended HICAP systems data contract for report updates and system enhancements

    Quarter 2: April - June

    • CDA begins work with a contractor to define HICAP Modernization vision, goals, and strategies and dual beneficiary strategy

    Quarter 3: July - September

    • CDA collects stakeholder input on HICAP Modernization vision, goals and strategies
    • CDA finalizes HICAP Modernization vision, goals, and strategies
    • CDA finalizes HICAP data systems enhancements and reports

    Quarter 4: October - December

    • CDA develops a HICAP Modernization project plan in collaboration with HICAP stakeholders
