    Project Description

    This funding is to further develop and support a state and local framework and infrastructure to improve local aging program leadership and the effectiveness and efficiency of aging and disability program services.

    Quarterly Status Updates 2022

    Quarter 1: January - March

    • CDA works with C4A to develop scope of work for AAA leadership and health partnership contract

    Quarter 2: April - June

    • CDA awards contract for AAA leadership training and health partnerships

    Quarter 3: July - September

    • CDA works in collaboration with Aging and Disability stakeholders to develop vision, mission, objectives and strategies for CA 2030 initiative
    • CDA develops contract for a consultant to conduct Aging and Disability network research and analysis

    Quarter 4: October - December

    • Award consultant contract
    • CDA, in collaboration with Aging and Disability stakeholders conducts network research and analysis

    Quarter 1: January - March

    • CDA in collaboration with Aging and Disability stakeholders and with assistance from consultant, develops a plan to strengthen the Aging and Disability network CDA and Aging and Disability stakeholders implements plan to strengthen Aging and Disability network

    • CDA and Aging and Disability stakeholders continues to implement plan to strengthen Aging and Disability network

    Quarter 3: July - September

    • CDA and Aging and Disability stakeholders continues to implement plan to strengthen Aging and Disability network
